We’re thrilled to share that Alison Mills Newman will be making a rare visit to New York for the launch of her lost American masterpiece Francisco—a novel about the creative evolution of a young Black woman in California and her intense relationship with an indie filmmaker. Alison Mills Newman will appear in Conversation with Niela Orr.

This event will take place live at 192 Books at 192 10th Avenue, between 21st and 22nd street, on Wednesday, April 12th at 7 PM ET. Seating is on a first come, first serve basis.
